Our experience tells us that existing facilities that were historically built before new standards come out, is not always possible to follow new standards. Therefore, Ides developed a new designation management that can present the reference designation in the way the business use to present or the plant was remarked.

Master concept’s new maintenance module provides several new features to simplify your maintenance work. With checklists you can easily tick off work steps or fill in work order with scanned measurements. New calendar function makes it easier and precisely to schedule preventive maintenance activity. To simplify the planning of work orders, users can now assign work orders to one department or to an unspecific resource. Available resources get work orders in a pick list where they can easily choose freely.
Ultimate 19 also released a new function for reviewing completed work. For example, the group or project managers can review, leave comments and evaluate the work before it’s completed and approved. If work order needs be supplemented or redone, group managers can easily send it back to the performer by asset Master app or the desktop version.

Asset Master
New asset Master app has a new look and new features and is available for all mobile operating systems. It works both online and offline independent on internet connection.

• Error report with review and approve / reject work orders.

The cable routing is now developed with support for Autodesk Revit. Master concept reads segment lengths and nodes directly from Revit. Ides CAD driver streamlines the work when BIM / construction organizations use full-featured 3D models during construction and the project phase.

Document relations
Documents have relationships in many different ways in Master concept. To simplify the overview, document relationships have been highlighted for objects, articles, individuals and other documents. Object relationships have existed before and through relationships with articles and individuals, users can get a clear picture when overviewing data.
Document document relationships are improved to support “included in / consist of”, x-ref and links between 3D models.
Users are able to choose whether the whole or part of the document structure should be updated when ajusting while working with document workflows.
